Five servings of fruits and vegetables per day is essential for a healthy and well balanced diet. Dried fruit is an easy and tasty means to get the daily requirements. Pineapple: Pineapple is a great source of vitamin A and C.  It is high in Bromelain, a protein digesting  enzyme which aids the body's digestive system  as well as having known anti-inflammatory properties.  This fruit is sweet and a great addition to any diet!

Papapya: This dried fruit has a sweet and unique flavor. It contains more beta-carotene than carrots.  A natural occuring enzyme in this refreshing fruit, papain, contributes to the breakdown of food, aids in the digestive process and is soothing for upset stomachs.
